Returns Policy

1. Designer Collection Returns

Eligibility

  • Items must be in pristine condition: no signs of wear, no alterations, all original tags and authenticity cards intact
  • Returns of designer items exceeding $500 require a signature upon delivery to our returns facility

Return Process

  • Designer returns require pre-approval; contact our Designer Concierge Team at [email protected] before shipping
  • Provide your order number, product name, and reason for return; include clear photos of the item and all accessories
  • Please mail the returned items to the original shipping address; returns may take 7-10 business days to process

2. Formalwear

  • Purchased formalwear (e.g., wedding dresses, prom gowns) can be returned within 21 days of delivery
  • Alterations performed by third parties void return eligibility

3. Technical Performance Apparel

Eligibility

  • Technical performance items (e.g., activewear, outerwear, swimwear) must be returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused and unwashed, with all technical tags (e.g., care labels, performance certification tags) intact
  • Performance footwear must not show any signs of wear on the outsole or insole

Special Considerations

  • Returns of performance apparel with waterproof/breathable membranes are inspected for damage to the membrane
  • Swimwear returns require the original hygiene liner; returns without liners will be rejected
  • Compression garments must not be stretched or deformed; returns showing signs of wear will be denied

5. Dispute Resolution

  • For disputes regarding specialty garment returns, contact our Specialty Returns Manager at specialty [email protected].
  • We may request additional documentation (e.g., professional cleaning receipts, alteration records) to process complex returns
