1. Shipping Eligibility
To ensure delivery accuracy, please provide a complete shipping address with a valid zip code, apartment/unit number (if applicable), and phone number. THINTIME LIMITED is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incomplete or incorrect address information. If a package is returned to us due to an invalid address, you will be responsible for re-shipping fees.
2. Shipping Methods & Timelines
- Standard Ground Shipping: Available for all orders. Delivery typically takes 5–7 business days from the date of shipment. This option is free for orders over $75; otherwise, a flat rate of $7.99 applies.
- Expedited Shipping: Delivers in 2–3 business days. Cost varies by order weight and destination, starting at $15.99.
- Overnight Shipping: Available for orders placed before 12:00 PM EST. Delivers the next business day (excluding weekends and holidays). Cost starts at $29.99.
- International Standard: Delivery takes 10–14 business days. Cost is calculated at checkout based on weight and province, starting at $19.99.
- International Expedited: 6–8 business days. Cost starts at $34.99.
Note: Shipping timelines are estimates and do not include order processing time. Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During peak seasons (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas), processing may take up to 3 business days.
3. Order Processing & Tracking
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order number. After processing, a shipping confirmation email will be sent with a tracking number and a link to monitor your package.
If you do not receive a tracking number within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact [email protected] with your order number. For tracking issues (e.g., “delivered” status but package not received), notify us within 48 hours of the reported delivery time.
4. Delivery Issues
4.1 Lost or Stolen Packages
We consider a package “lost” if tracking shows no movement for 10+ business days (domestic) or 20+ business days (international). To file a claim:
- Contact our shipping team at [email protected] with your order number and tracking details.
- We will investigate with the carrier and issue a replacement or full refund within 5–7 business days of confirming the loss.
For stolen packages (tracking shows “delivered” but not received), we require a police report or affidavit of non-receipt before processing a replacement or refund.
4.2 Damaged Items
Inspect your package upon delivery. If items are damaged, take photos of the packaging and the damaged products, then contact [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a free replacement or full refund, including return shipping for the damaged items.
5. Address Changes & Order Cancellations
If you need to change the shipping address after placing an order, contact [email protected] immediately. Address changes are only possible if the order has not yet shipped. Once shipped, we cannot redirect packages.
To cancel an order, email [email protected] with your order number. Cancellations are only accepted if the order is still in processing (typically within 12 hours of placement). Refunds for canceled orders are processed within 3–5 business days.
